Suggest Treatment For Hyperventilates And Heart Palpitations

Hi. My brother is having episodes where he is very rigid and has heart palpitations, trembles & hyperventilates. He does not shake, his eyes do not roll, he does not foam at the mouth or gargle. He says that he can keep these episodes from happening. Are these seizures or panic attacks? Please help

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms could be related to conduction blocks in the heart which are related to your symptoms.Get an ECG'2d echo,lipid profile,he CRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Also monitor your blood pressure and heart rate immediately. Also get a chest x ray and Arterial blood gas analysis to rule out any lung disorder.Meanwhile you need to start nebulization,betaloc,amiodarone,anti hypertensives,pantop and antibiotics immediately to relieve your symptoms.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Avoid Stress and anxiety.Meditation,yoga,breathing exercises can be helpful.Get EP study by consulting Interventional cardiologist.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
