Suggest Treatment For Hypo-pigmentation In Face

hi. i m 26y/o slightly fair female asian. i had full face dermabrasion 4.5 months ago. recently, every morning my face is hypopigmented but noon arrives and it will become pinkish. i m always at home and stayed out of the sun at all times and wears spf 20 and above. now i m starting to notice my pores are broader like it s magnified where my skin was abraded. then i believe i am seeing very very slightly (sorry for being redundant) raised scar tissue. it looks wrinkly when under intense light because of the scar tissue s irregularity. the indented scars are the most pink when i look at it closely but is only noticeable when using flashlight in a dark room. and i can see white scar tissue elevated. my question is this, will this wrinkly-like scar fade in time and will the slight raised scar subside on its own? i m really bothered because i looked like a 60y/o if you look at my cheeks especially when light strikes, the shadows it create just don t want me to look in the mirror anymore. i hope this is just temporary or at least fade. thanks for any helpful reply..

Thank you for your for your question!
I understand that you are worried, so I would try my best to give you advice.
The scar that you describe, maybe deep, and not so easy to fade on its own.
So it is crucial that you avoid sun exposure, and wear every day sun protection, with spf 50.
It is very important to discuss with a dermatologist, for other options of treating the scar, such as combining medical peels, Laser resurfacing procedures, microneedling (dermaroller or dermapen), which you can also use at home, after medical advice.
I hope this helps! Feel free to contact me again!
