Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I have deQuervaines thyroiditis & have developed permanent hypothyroidism. I recently started taking Levothyroxine 50mcg & I feel worse than I did before taking it. My muscles are weak (legs shake & give out), my hands tingle, hair is drying out, and I can feel the right lobe of my thyroid flutter since taking this medicine. I feel like my doctor doesn t listen. Please help, I feel miserable!!

Hi thanks for using healthcaremagic...
We have to treat hypothyroidism with Levothyroxine...
Usually the symptoms improve with Levithyroxine supplement...Sometimes it takes time for the symptom relief...
You have to look for other causes for the difficulties...
Please do a blood routine investigation..
If possible look for calcium and vitamin D levels also..
Thyroid specific vitamins are also available,we can try that too.....
