Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I have been hypothyroid for over 33 years now and on 225 mcg of thyroxin for about the last 4 years I have noticed over the last year a substantial weight gain , hoarsness to my voice, throat feeling swollen and difficulty swallowing. My primary care provider says this is all normal with my condition but I just dont feel right any suggestions. Thank you for any help you can give me.

welcome,
not normal,
get blood test for T S H ,normal is 0.4 to 4.6 ,you keep at 2.5 to 3 .
consult E N T doctor,
check your life style,
diabetes & depression are very common with thyroid monitor regularly,
check your T S H yearly even you do not have any complaint,
feel free to ask direct to me on thyroid,
take care.
