Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I have hypothyroidism and have 2 nodules on my thyroid. They were biopsied and not cancer. My latest test results were T3 33 thyroxine 5.8 TSH 0.32 T3 total 80.53. I suffer from severe fatique weight gain irregular heartbeats or atrial fibrillation heat intolerance mood swings and numerous other problems. I don t want to end up with heart problems. I am 60 years old and have had hypothyroidism for 15 years now. I take Synthroid 25. My question don t I need to bring TSH up to stop the heart arrhythmia?

All the symptoms will be resolved only when the TSH LEVEL reaches normal range that is 0.2 to 5.0 micro international units per ml. Thyroxin dose shold be given initially 50mcg later another 20 can be increased depending on TSH level.
