I have consulted doctor here who after prescribing number of tests (unine , blood cp , stool and ultra sound etc) found it to be IBS ( Irregular Bowl Syndrome) and advised me medicines but after completing the course of medication for 7 x days , I am experiencing the same problem....... Looking forward for a competent advise... Regards......
Hello, There is no Permanant and immediate cure of IBS. This problem requires a proper management like.. Avoiding foods that trigger your problems. Avoiding alcohol, smoking and spicy foods. Doing regular exercises. Doing yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises. Consume more of probiotics. Can take antidepressants under the guidance of doctor If lot of diarrhoea, then anti motility medicines like loperamide can be used. You must consult a Gastroenterologist for proper management. Thanks
