Hi, I have a mild spread of what i can only assume is impetigo on my back which has now spread very mildly to a small patch under my arm. I didn't seek medical advice until a sunbed caused it to flare up today and from looking online the symptoms all add up. Apart from going to a doctor to get some antibiotics tomorrow, what would you suggest to help stop any spread and start stopping the infection? I'm particularly anxious about the best thing to do with regards to sleeping as i don't want to spread it during the night.
