General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to faecal impaction. I recommended using over the counter option like the counter laxative such as Miralax. If the symptoms continue I recommend manual remove.

You should see a doctor for this procedure. I suggest you to drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
