Suggest Treatment For Indigestion, Weight Loss And Tiredness

I have an 18 year old son who has suffered for about 3 years with mild indigestion because he eats really fast and over the counter stuff has always worked. The last 2 to 3 weeks the over the counter stuff is not working and he has lost weight and is very tired. He also coughed up some blood 2 days ago. Any ideas?
