Suggest Treatment For Infected Throat, Sinusitis And Dry Cough
I currently have infected throat and sinusitis...and a dry cough...however as I fall asleep I get a wracking cough..cough syrup isn t helping...neither r nasal sprays..I fall asleep on my side not lying on my back. What s causing this and what can I do?
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having sinusitis, infected throat with cough. My response to your question is as follows.
These symptoms indicate upper respiratory tract infection involving the sinuses and throat in the form of sinusitis and pharyngitis or laryngitis. The treatment of this condition is by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Use of antitussive drugs to depress cough and decongestants will provide symptomatic relief.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.
