Suggest Treatment For Infection After Fractures On Arms

Plz help me. I had a boxes fracture and it had fixed twice with wires. The wire is coming out of my hand I have been 2 hospitals and they keep sending me way. It is now infected I have not been able to sleep. After they took the xray at UMC they said part of it is still broken. I refuse to go back to the man who fixed it. its my body. Plz Help me. I cant take my more of this Tammy So this wilol cost me for help? If I pay you there will be a doctor to fix my hand right away

Dear patient
You have got a fracture and it was fixed with wires which were kept outside right? This means 5th metacarpal fracture fixed with k wires. Why it was fixed twice with same thing ? If it was not healing with wires then next time plate with bone graft is better option. Now a days better mini fragment plates are available. So my a revise is to remove all k wires and put you on antibiotics tii the infection settles. By the time infection settles fracture will also heals. If it doesn't heal then open reduction with plating and bone granting will definitely achieve union. Visit expert trauma surgeon nearby you and get yourself examined.
