Suggest Treatment For Infection Caused After A Cut On Finger

I cut my finger on a table saw blade about 3 days ago I have steri stripped it gauze and this orange medical tape the cut was about a quarter inch deep a quarter inch wide and half earn inch long I Chang the bandages every day clean in out and use neosporen today as we ll al last night it smelled wired but there was no visible sights of infection the skin around it the skin around the cut is also very white I live 50 miles from any medical facility do I need to go the the doctor

There is no need to worry or to see the doctor for the moment.
I would advice you use twice a day povidone iodine solution with a gauze, and after that try to use Bepanthen plus, which has also an antiseptic in it. It has an active ingredient which is Dexpanthenol which is pretty effective in this situation. Use this regimen for two weeks and than contact me again.
