Two days ago I developed what I thought was an ingrown hair on the edge of my outer labia. The day I noticed it, my fiancé and I had sex. That night in the shower the top layer if skin had come off of it. The next day it appeared that there was more skin coming from it creating a linear abrasion. We have been together almost 2 years and have not strayed in loyalty. I was diagnosed with a bacteria infection back in November and that s about it for my history. The only thing I can think of is that since that diagnosis, I have had a hard time lubricating (in the beginning. It always seems to sort itself out once we get going). And now I m starting to freak myself out of it being herpes. I ve never had it and believe in psyching myself out
I suggest you keep proper perineal hygiene. Wash your perineal area with V was followed by the application of the candid ointment, every time you go to the washroom and immediately after having sex.
