Suggest Treatment For Infection On Ear After Piercing

My four year old has pierced ears and she said one hurt. I looked at it and pus was flowing out and I tried to loosen the earring... She had put it on super tight. The pus flowed out and then red blood. ear looks bad, I put some neosporin on it, anything else I need to do?
