Hello
thanks for using health care magic
Difficulty in conceiving requires a thorough multidisciplinary investigations and arrival at a diagnosis before accurate management could be given else, it will be try and error management with waist of time and money.
You talk of tests being done, it will have been easier to comment had you listed the tests you both did.
Also apart form possible illnesses, reduce sexual exposure,
stress are all factors that can aggravate or predispose difficulty in conceiving.
You need to do tests like
hysterosalpingography, pelvic ultraosund, FSH and LH testing collected at appropriate time of cycle, high vaginal smear, chlamydia, etc and also, you need to do a temperature chart for a couple of months to fully understand your cycle.
Treatment will be best once a diagnosis has been made.
Best regards
