pls have been married for 2yrs on trying to conceive, have been to hospitals and was told all is well. my partner have two kids which i don t think he has a problem. my worry is my husband is a busy man nd always out of the country. can u pls help me with a medication that can help me conceive right after sex

Thanks for writing to hcm.
firstly try having a child around the time of ovulation (two days before and after 14th day of cycle), its a good phase to concieve successfully. Also an egg is only viable for 24 hours after ovulation. However many women ovulate at different times of their menstrual cycle. therefore. frequent intimacy throughout the menstrual cycle will help. Try regularly for few months. if results are not as expected consult a gynaecologist as your doctor may suggest other methods of concieving like in vitro fertilisation after certain essential test. kindly also ask your husband to consult andrologist regarding sperm examination.
