Suggest Treatment For Infertility

My wife cycle starts on 09th of every month. Last month she had been treated through IUI for pregnancy and Doctor suggested that use Susten VT 200 and Macfolate every night. Today 10 days passed of the Menstrual cycle. She has tested current status of pregnancy through test Kit. Result is negative. Need assistance for further course of action.

Hello,
If she has always been regular with her cycles and never missed a period, pregnancy is the most likely possibility in the current scenario. It is possible that the test performed has an error. Please repeat the test with a fresh early morning sample of urine and if you wish for a better confirmation, go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. If progesterone is being used until now, it is another possible reason for the delay in the period. Please check with your doctor for further help. Take care.
