many localized ,systemic abnormality can lead to azoospermia.
Cause for the azoospermia condition should be ruled out by history, physical examination( a thorough evaluation of the scrotum and testes, laboratory tests, and ultrasound imaging).
kindly visit a urologist to rule out the reason behind your azoospermia condition.
