Suggest Treatment For Inflammation Of Joints And Sharp Pain In Shoulders

male 38, 5,11 and 180 lbs. I have been tested for rheumatoid arthritis, with no results, not lots of inflammation in my joints but sharp pain in my shoulders, hands, and knees. family has a history of auto immune diseases from hep in my mother and celiac, in my sister. father has allergies that I seem to be inheriting also. Have seen a number of specialist, with no relief. Symptoms seem to come and go, right now with a moderate level of stress at work and really humid weather they seem to be getting worse. can diet be used to control these symptoms, tramadol in a 50mg seems to work best for pain relief, but I am not much of a pill fan. the pain is getting in the way of being active. and is starting to affect my work.

Hello,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you tested for rheumatoid arthritis .You have seen a number of specialist, with no relief.This disease have often pain off and on .There are pain free periods followed by painful periods. This is natural course of disease.Probably you are not on disease modifying drugs. So start disease modifying drug such as methotrexate with consultation with your treating doctor so that you are pain free however you can take tramadol whever you feel pain as it work best for you.
