Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear always benefits outweigh risks, if the patient developed pain or herniation of bowel content with strangulation may require surgery.

May need hernioplasty or herniorraphy . so If his cardiac output is good no signs of heart failure and no under control he may undergo hernia repair surgery.

He may just need to order stop anti platelet drugs 3-5days before surgery and he can start with in 24hours after surgery.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and decided according to the patient condition.

Take care
