Hello I have studied your case. Steroid shot will not cure disease of disc .It only will give long term pain relief. Pain may come after some period of time. I will advise you to take neurotropics like methylcobalamine for improving your disc pain. Many of my patients with multiple diseases find great relief by doing yoga, pranayama, and sudarshan kriya.
