Suggest Treatment For Injury Above The Waist
I fell down the stairs apx four of them on Monday. I am very sore( not black and blue )on the right side from about two inches above and below the waist. It hurts to bend over or lay on my side. I truly don t think anything is broken. What should I do to help elivate the soreness.

You should undergo x-ray chest to rule out rib fracture. For soreness, you should take an anti-inflammatory drug as tab diclofenac and serratiopeptidase.
