Suggest Treatment For Injury Mediated Head Bump

Hi, I hit my forehead on a pole today while I was changing for pe. I didn t get any concussion symptoms except some pain right after I hit it, but the pain went away in 2 minutes. There s a small but noticeable bump on my head, what do I do to make it go away faster?

Hi, there!
Immediate ice aplication is the best way to avoid haematoma (bump) formation!
You can apply heparin based gel now.
Take a rest for 3 days to monitore Yourself, because 2nd day after injury reveals true condition.
Avoid warm on injured skin.

I hope this helps
