Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Cough

Hello Dr. This is malar. My son is 2yrs old. My son have cold for last 10 days. I gave him tminic syrap. Cold reduced then in two days then he got again. Now he got cough also. Tminic is enough or can I give mucolite too. Please advice me. Thank you.
