Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Allergic reactions don't have pain as a symptom, aches and pain is common with advancing age and occurs because of degenerative changes throughout the body.

Since you have not specified the sight of the pain you it is not possible to pin point the diagonosis.

In elderly male most common cause for such pains is either diabetes or low testosterone. You need to get your blood sugar and testosterone level checked.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Rohan Shanker Tiwari
