Hello

Dear active bleeding hemorrhods or thrombosed hemorrhods or prolapsed hemorrhods are needed to be treated by surgery.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, use high fibre diet and daily exercise. use tab. daflon 500 twice a day for five days. syrp. cremaffine plus 30ml at night. If symptoms not improved please consult your general surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
