Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I think i am suffering from internal piles. But there is no bleeding but sometimes my lower abdomen till the tip becomes painfull whenever i have gastric problem or eat rich food or stand or walk for a long time. One doctor here had advised me to go for engioscopy which i really dont want to go for. pl advice me how to get rid of the problem
* The internal piles will give you symptoms of anal pain, constipation, bleeding after passing stools as per the intensity of the piles in terms of 1st , 2nd or 3rd degree case.
* As per your mentioning, pain in lower abdomen till tip does not sound to be exactly that of internal piles, but I recommend to get an examination with consultant surgeon for per rectal proctoscopy test which is OPD procedure taking less than 2 minutes to diagnose internal piles.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
