I have Interstitial Cystitis and chronic kidney stones. Today I had severe pain passed out and was taken to the ER. The pain was similar to an IC flare and kidney stones. There was blood in my urine but the CT revealed the stone previously present was no longer in my kidney so the suspicion is it had passed. Since coming home I have noticed I have to force push to start a urine stream and feel blocked. Could the stone be stuck near the urinary opening? I was unsure if that part would be able to be viewed by the CT. I am able to pass urine but with great pain and that sharp blocked feeling. Wondering if the stone has made it almost out but not quite?? Is that a possibility??
