I can understand your concern.
Your CT picture is more suggestive of early interstitial lung disease (ILD).
Better to first get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to know if any restrictive lung defect present or not.
Treatment for ILD is as follows.
1. Avoidance of
smoking if you are smoker.
2. Avoidance of chemicals, fumes, dust at work place if you have these exposure.
3. Start
mucolytic, expectorant and antioxidants drugs.
4. Start anti fibrotic drug (perfinodone). It is the only available drug to reverse early
fibrosis.
5. Start inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
6. Get done repeat
CT scan after 3 months to see progression of fibrosis and size of nodule.
So
consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
