Suggest Treatment For Involuntary Watery Eye

I have had an involuntary watery eye (left eye- leaking from the side of my eye which is opposite from my nose) for the past week. I am on vacation where it s very sunny and bright. I am wearing sunglasses. My eyes are NOT red or bloodshot. My left nostril also leaks from time to time when my left eye leaks. Last week I had the same thing happening in my right eye. Advice? Thanks,

it appears to be nasolacrimal tube block.punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done repeatedly, if it is cleared then problem is solved if does not reopen then surgical procedure is to be done for re-canalisation.
