Hi there , in just finished getting off my period 5days ago which lasted 18 days and again I m on it. Its been brown for the last two months and again this time but now it just getting heavier by the day and I ve never had my period twice in one month.
Since you are having irregular heavy periods you are suggested to take a well balanced diet of green leafy vegetables with iron, calcium and high protein. You can also take supplements. Irregular periods commonly occur hormonal imbalances, PCOS, unnatural weight loss or obesity, thyroid issues, stress and anxiety.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecology, your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. You can take a course of Medroxyprogesterone after consultation with your gynecologist. Exercise regularly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
