Suggest Treatment For Irregular Bowel Movements

I. Have a very slow system of food and liquids going through my body. I go sometimes a week without a bowel movement. I take laxatives , eat fruit, etc. nothing helps. I also have a bladder that quite often needs emptying 3 or 4 x in and hr. Other times it is fine. It s driving me crazy. No rhyme or reason

Hi
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your symptoms it seems to be a Benign prostate hyperplasia and habitual constipation

you can get rid of constipation by certain life style modifications like
avoid fatty and junk food
Plenty of dietary fiber and fluids
regular physical exercise

Get an ultrasound to rule out BPH

Hope I have answered your question
feel free to ask for further information
thanks
take care
