Suggest Treatment For Irregular Discharge

Hi I m 47 years and had very regular of 28 days this month got periods 1 week and first few days was very less blood,since 1 week flow is very heavy and sometimes big clots, what should I do.today I took gynac cvp tablet should I continue or first consult doctor.last year when my MRI done for lower back,doctor told that I have sist on my uterus and ask for checkup ,but could not followup
