Hi,
Please exclude local causes like erosions, polyps and infections of the vagina and the cervix. The fact that it is related to orgasm reflects hormonal origin. Please ask your doctor if you need a hormone analysis again. You should also get periodic sonograms, preferably trans-vaginal, as you are on the pills. Ovarian cysts should be excluded. All done, if nothing is found, do not worry. Just relax. Avoid strenuous exercise for some time. Maintain proper nutritional balance. Hope you find this information helpful. Take care.
