Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Bleeding And Constipation

My friend is having regular but improper menstrual bleeding with constipation and having clear secretions from breast while pressing. She had a false orgasm 5 month before in which penis was rubbed buton clitoris and external genitalia but inserted inside vagina. She also have complaint about going weight but don t have stress or nausea like feeling. Is she pregnant or she is suffering from any endocrine logical disorder??? Plz reply..

Your question is not furnishing medical history to suggest anything appropriately. Though it is possible to find nipple discharge in hyperprolactinemia, it is quite difficult to attribute nausea or constipation to it. Also, as these symptoms can happen in pregnancy as well, I suggest you to have her take a urine pregnancy test and check for possible pregnancy. If the test is negative, then she must get her serum. Prolactin test done to check for the cause for nipple discharge. If both turn out to be normal, I suggest she must see a gynaecologist for breast examination and evaluation. But it is possible that nipple discharge can be without reason and all that is required is reassurance.
But I stress again that urine pregnancy test is a must.
