Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation After Marriage

Hi Dr, My wife is getting small blood clots instead of periods... she is having mild cramps... Is there any problem with her health?... And also she took a pregnancy test it came negative... Her periods become irregular after marriage... For past 3 months she didnt get her periods... Last 2days she is getting this tiny blood clots with mild cramps. Please provide us solution. Hello Shalom

There is no chance of pregnancy with her presentation so we can rule that out. If her periods are irregular you should consider taking her to a gynecologist for an elaborate evaluation to find the cause for her irregularity and treat her so she can be fertile enough to support your kids and family in the future. Simple and easily treatable causes like polycystic ovaries, etc; should not be an issue to treat and deal with.
