Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding

Hello Doctor, I have very irrgeular periods, sometimes my periods last 115-20 days. This time i have got my periods and its been more than 30days , though the flow is not heavy. I am also trying to concieve. My dr has suggested me to take metform tablets 3times a day as my report shows a PCOD condition. I am 5.2 and weight is 56kgs. I have been asked to reduce another 3 kgs? will it help in concieving?

I understood your concern and My opinion is that you should do regular exercise for half an hour and try to reduce 3-4 kg weight it will defiantely help in regularise your periods. Another option is that you can take hormonal pills like T Novalon to regularise your periods for 3-6 months if you are not planning for pregnancy right now.
I would advise to do following blood test also
1 S TSH
2 S PROLACTIN
pelvic Ultrasonography also
because imbalance in this hormones also causes irregular periods
