Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

i was having irregular periods earlier after that I got some tablets from the doctor and was told that ovulation is not happening and for the past six months my periods were ok and normal. now I taking a e-ova tablets and I got IUI once but it didnot work. iam 31 yeras old and 5 inch height and 80 kgs weight. can you suggets some healthy diet for getting pregnant

I understand your concern.
Irregular menstruation can be due to various causes like...PCOD ( ovulation problem )/ thyroid problem/ hormonal imbalance/ fibroid uterus/ severe anemia/ chronic diseases etc.
Ovacare is a medicine containing vitamins to support conception. It will help conception after getting your ovulation normal.IUI will not help unless ovulation has occurred.
* You need to get investigated ( Internal examination by a gynecologist/ USG pelvis/ ovulation study/ thyroid fu7nvtion tests/CBC/Hormonal assay.) to find exact basic cause followed by specific treatment, which will differ according to cause.
