Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Im diagnosed with pcos been having irregular periods...have taken multiple ocps, diane 35 and yaz.am not overweight bt do hav mild hirsutism. Now was started on tab duphaston 10mg bd on 7th day of periods bt bleeding did not stop so dose was increased to 10mg tds n then 20mg tds. Bleeding stopped bt just for 1 week then stopped duphaston as was date of nxt cycle had regular flow heavy for 2 days then lightened. I again started duphaston bt 10mg bd. Bleeding stopped in 4 days. Bt again restarted after 10 days. Wat should I do now?? Increase dose of duphaston or continue it da same way or switch to sum other medicine?

You may have to increase the dosage of the hormone in the current scenario to control the bleeding as done in the previous cycle since you are experiencing breakthrough bleeding with the lower dose. Styptics also should be added for added benefit. Also, maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
