im 43 age iwana baby girl two boys i have 8 year or 5 i use many time colmid two two month 50mg im also glcophage my date same time 35 days when i start glocophage thensome time come 20days my cycle 28days befor this now i eat vitame 1000mg and colmid 50 mg and glophage 2time plz tell me im right or rong

Hi,

Treatment of a selected patient should begin with a low dose for 5 days. You should firstly take tablet Clomid for 5 days. If ovulation doesn't appear to occur after 1st course of therapy, a second heavier course for 5 days should be taken. The dose of Glucophage daily after meals is correct. But some studies recommend that Glucophage should be used for 6 months in case a patient is with PCOS.
