HI, I have read your query carefully & understand your concern. Nuva ring is a cyclical contraceptive devise. It is not known to cause irregularities of menses after it's withdrawal , as you have. The problem( irregular periods with pregnancy like symptoms ) seems to be due to hormonal imbalance( ovarian/ thyroid problems or PCOD) & needs investigations. You will need a through internal examination by a gynecologist/ hormonal estimation/ USG abdomen -- which will pin point the cause , followed by specific treatment under a gynecologist/ endocrinologist's care. Thanks.
