Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And PCO

Hi, I'm 38, always had irregular periods and PCO. 11 weeks ago I gave the birth to the baby girl (forceps delivery). The child died after 4 weeks for neonatal sepsis. My blood loss was ok at the first 3 weeks after delivery then stopped for about 5 days, and then I started bleeding again, initially spotting but last more than 2 weeks it looks like regular period. I had an PV USG it showed some products left inside (either a blood cloth or some placenta left). I spoke to the ginecologist who proposed NO treatment, just second time 7 days antibiotics. The bleeding is getting worse, pain in abdomen is getting worse. Today I passed small amount of tissue (not a blood cloth). Should I go to A&E?
