We also tried LH strips to early detect the ovulation which dosent indicate much pls guide me with advice on what could help me wife regular her period
Hello dear Understand your concern Better to take allopathy medicine rather than unani medicine as it effects occur at long time and not sucessful. I advice you to consul the gynecologist and get the reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study to find the hormonal imbalance and it will help in management of PCOS. For irregular period You have to take Diane-35 or oral contraceptive pills. Tablet metformin should be given to induce the ovulation and mainating glucose homeostasis.be used.Sometime sprilonolactone and flutamide can be used. You have to take for at least 6 months to regularize the period. By all these medicine minor side effects will occur and easily tolerable. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Avoid excessive sweets and yougurt, do regular exercise and reduce weight by 10-12 percent to induce the ovulation and regularize the period. Hope this may help you Contact HCM further for any query. Best regards Dr. Sagar
