Hi

I understand the fibroid I your uterus is around 7 cm in size, which is considerable. The treatment really depends on your age which unfortunately you haven't mentioned. In a young women who desires children treatment can be hormonal tablets like primolut or myome tomy ( fibroid removal ). in an older women who has completed her family the treatment cab be a hysterectomy.

Thanks
