Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods While Suffering From Hypoplastic Uterus

hello . I m 27 year old. I m having hypoplast uterus due to which I dont get my periods. I have get my periods only when I get pills .my question is whether there is any treatment through which I could get my periods regular and what are the chances of pregnancy in future?

The cause of the hypoplastic uterus is not completely known, and it is congenital. If your examination shows ovarian function, it is possible to induce ovulation. The occurrence of period while using hormones shows a responsive endometrium. To achieve regular periods naturally, you need to get the ovarian function assessed properly and any deficiencies corrected. A couple of courses of hormones help with minor defects. Chances of pregnancy are better when the size of the uterus is not less than 25 percent of the normal. For smaller sizes, chances of abortion are more. Please see a high risk pregnancy specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
