Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hello i am 26 yrs old and i have been using novelon tablets since jan 2013, i have PCOD problem and i have tried various methods all had side effects but finally sticking on to novelon , i would like to know, will my periods be never normal? one month i try n skip the tablets n my periods never stop am totally dependent on these tablets, whats my future? will this period problem ever end is there any solution to this problem ????

hi healthcare magic user, since you are known case of PCOD to regularise your period you need to have strict diet =low fat, low carbohydrates, high protein, no oily fatty food.
daily exercise for 40min
no need to be on oC pills for that.
if you are on novelon for longer period.next period can be with heavy bleeding due to hormonal imbalance.
if you are planning for baby then you will need treatment. please get your thyroid profile tested.
