Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hi Doctor, I am 28Year old . My menstrual cycle is irregulard . From last three monts my period does not come So I have taken Deviry 10 mg for 5 days . Even after Period does not came so I did Pregnancy test it is positive , Let ask u that is there any problem now .......

HI,
I understand your concern.
- Menstrual irregularity can be due to conditions like PCOD, thyroid problems, ovary problems, fibroid uterus. These need to be investigated * treated specifically under a gynecologist's guidance.
- I wish you had done pregnancy test before taking Deviry tablets!
Deviry tablets are contraindicated in pregnancy. They can cause fetal malformations.
* Wait for few more days for bleeding to come.( maximum a week).
- If you are interested in continuing pregnancy, you should check it sonographically now & at five months anomaly scan - You can terminate it till 5 months.
Be in touch with a gynecologist. she may advise you triple guard test- to exclude any internal fetal anomaly.
- If you are not interested in pregnancy- go for MTP
