I am a 40 yr old woman with 5 children, my tube are tied and have been having recent pain in the right ovary area. I also have been having very horrible irregular periods for a little over a year now. My last one was just last month based on the start date I should have started already this month, a week ago so im a week late. Have not had intercoarse so I know that isnt a factor. But my last period also lasted a little over 2 weeks. Sometimes i go a week to 10 days and has been like that for about 8 months now. And very heavy I might add. What could this be? and should I expect not to start this months period? I am planning a vactation and was suppose to leave this week but am afraid to since I might start my period..kind of worried with this situation
