Suggest Treatment For Irregular Spotting
I had irregular spotting for about 4 weeks and took primolut for 3 days ( 1 tablet 3 times a day) but on the last day forget the tablet and took all 3 pills at the same time in the afternoon. Its been 4 days since after that and I have not had a period. What could be wrong and am not pregnant.

You took 4 tablet stat and bleeding stop at once , yes this is a characteristic feature of norethisterone (primolut ) that it stops bleeding at once if to be taken in higher dosage . This thing I have noted in so many patient , so need not to worry .
You are not pregnant because irregular spotting was there for last 4 weeks , so no chance of pregnancy.
Now need not to take any more primolut and just wait for regular period .
Even you may wait for 2-3 months for normal cycle .
