Stay with your partner and keep trying for
pregnancy. In the meantime, avoid
stress (physical and emotional), try to be cheerful & do regular walking. Maintain healthy weight. Do not get
obese. Avoid taking oily food, do not take high
carbohydrate diet. Both the partners are advised to maintain healthy weight and take high protein diet. Take veggies and berries. Nuts & lean meat, eggs and normal milk. Take food rich in iron.
To regularize your periods, you can take uterine tonics and Syrup Ashoka rishta, it is a time-tested medicine that helps to regularize periods, improve delayed periods. It is good for scanty & painful periods. After your period becomes regular, your chances of conceiving will increase. Give yourself a year or two time to conceive naturally.
In case you are unable to conceive even after you are getting regular periods then you and your partner should get infertility tests & investigations done. Get connected to a gynecologist who will give
infertility treatment to both the partners. Stay away from addictions if any.
